As a homeowner, you don't realize the bind you could be in if you don't have the proper insurance to cover whatever accident that could damage your home. Just recently, my bathroom toilet decided to overflow and flooded into the master bedroom. The water caused seeped into the carpet, padding, and even into the neighbor's garage ceiling. After calling multiple water restoration companies, Dave was really the only one who took the time to educate me on what this damage meant and what the work would entail. His patience and attention to my needs made him stand out from the rest of his competition. Dave also cared about my situation as it was his, and got to work on the damage right away. He is also very technologically-saavy, so he is very accessible via text, email, etc. He is a true professional who doesn't just 'do' his job. I have known and worked with Dave for several years, but last year when my roof was blown off in a wind storm Dave saved the day and my possessions. He came and covered the damage until my roof could be replaced. He did a beautiful job and the roof looks great. It was all done in less than 2 weeks from damage to completion. You can't do better than that.
