I’m so happy with my new bathroom remodel. From the get go Jeremy was very punctual ,honest, professional and most importantly fair. I was getting so many quotes that were Outrageous and I was starting to get discouraged seeing as this was our first bathroom major remodel. Jeremy gave me my quote same day and I loved that it was itemized. Project was done in 2 weeks time and we are so pleased with the quality of the work. Jeremy saw my vision for my modern farmhouse theme bathroom and brought it to life. I would recommend this company. Thanks again Jeremy!Jun 24, 2020

Reliable Renovation recently completed a remodel for me including luxury vinyl flooring, quartz counter tops and designer backsplashs. From acquiring a bid ,to demolition, to completion, Jeremy Hoffman at Reliable Renovation was communicative and transparent and his team was very professional and reliable. They also have a great show room with plenty of samples of flooring, counter tops and cabinets that can make decision making a lot easier. I would highly recommend them for any remodel or build.Dec 18, 2019

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing is and has always been checked two ways. Labor and material with profit, and industry standard rate for the project location. This usually dials in our number for the customer really well. It keeps us honest and builds our reputation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?1. Set an appointment, meeting, hearing the customer out, taking notes. 2. Building the bid, sending to customer, discussing questions. 3. After customer approval, we have a second meeting to go over material selections. 4. Knock out the work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Me and my guys are certified in some of the products we sell and install. We’ve literally done enough of this work that we strive to challenge ourselves on the next project, with things like, “ok what can we do on this one to make it different?” That’s when you know you’ve got it down pretty good.
