Semaj did an excellent job cleaning our townhome for us for a move out. We have 4 cats, so no matter how much we vacuum there’s always cat hair. He arrived on time and did quality work. We were unable to review the place after due to our work schedules but Samaj was very communicative and texted updates as well as before and after pictures.

They were very thorough. This was our first time using them to turn over one of our properties after a tenant move out. I was pleasantly surprised by the detail with which they worked. In addition to the normally expected cleaning they dusted fans, baseboards and made sure to walk through the property at the end pointing out their work. I have already put them into our vendor database as a primary vendor for local use.

Semaj and his crew were supposed to clean my house as I was putting it up for sale. He was to clean the ceiling fans, dust all plantation shutters, wash the baseboards, tile floors, vacuum, clean the refrigerator inside and the kitchen drawers and cupboards to be wiped clean. He sent me pictures after he was supposedly done of the plantation shutters and a few other pictures. I had moved out of the area and did not go back to the house for a few days afterwards to look at the place and get it ready to put on the market. What I found was that they did hardly nothing that I had requested. Ceiling fans were still dirty and dusty, half of the tile floors had not been cleaned, nothing was vacuumed, the kitchen drawers and cupboards had not been wiped clean and the refrigerator was not touched. When I tried to contact him he would not return my call until a few hours later. I sent him pictures of what was not done and asked for a partial refund which he agreed to do. It has been 3 weeks and no $$ yet.
