What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we first discuss their needs and the areas they want cleaned. We then provide a clear quote and explain the cleaning process. On the scheduled day, we arrive on time, prepare the area, and perform the cleaning using professional equipment. After the job is finished, we make sure the customer is satisfied with the results before completing the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience, professional equipment training, and learning proper surface cleaning techniques for different materials like concrete, glass, and solar panels. I also stay up to date with safe cleaning practices to make sure surfaces are cleaned effectively without causing damage.
