I didn’t end up hiring Verde however, it was based on his advice that I didn’t hire them. Manny came out took a look at the work I wanted done, told him my circumstances and instead of trying to make a sale, he gave me advice. How I can save money and what really needs to be worked on and what can wait. He was really informative and gave me different options that I could take. Met with Manny, gave us an estimate on ceiling repair and tile roof repair. Price was good, work was clean and fast...my wife & daughter liked Manny as well which is a plus. Out of several contractors he was the best option and he delivered
