Hired this pro. After going back and forth for a month on scheduling because we were waiting on our current cleaning crews contract to end, he tells us the day before he is suppose to come and clean that he cannot take the job. This is very poor business practice and unprofessional. Very upset! Thanks for leaving us hanging with no cleaning crew now after you had a month to tell us this before we could have kept our other crew until we found someone else.Nov 8, 2019VerifiedCleanMasters Janitorial/Carpet Cleaning's reply
First of all I don’t appreciate the review they left I did give them a bid for the cleaning of their facility but there was no sign contract and no starting date.I personally didn’t tell them to cancel their cleaning crew. The hours they wanted me to clean didn’t work for me and also they wanted for a cheaper price that I quoted. And I was never hired by them.
We have just informed Roger that we accepted his bid for cleaning our clubhouse at Sun Park II. Work Quality was not checked because we just got him.Apr 11, 2018Verified

Company came on time, stripped and waxed my office floors and they look better than they ever have. Great job.Sep 1, 2016Verified
We initially hired another company and when they could not fulfill their contract obligations, Roger Perez with Cleanmasters was the 1st person I called. He made himself immediately available to take over our property on a holiday weekend with very short notice. He's responsive, properly insured and has done a great job. Our facilities are heavily used and he has risen to the challenge. Not one complaint since he came on board which makes my job much easier. My only regret is not having him with us sooner!Aug 8, 2016Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? That we are very competitive and lower than the big franchises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? To make sure that I understand their needs and assure him/her that the work will get done in a proper way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I had two years of training from a major cleaning franchise when I started in 1991.
