- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to set my client up for success, I like to have a consultation to meet and speak about goals, background and lifestyle. From this consultation I make a custom plan tailored for the needs of the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I also hold a Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FSN) Certification from NASM. Current certification in CPR and AED.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Fitness and sports has always been a passion. I played basketball competitively for many years and also enjoy CrossFit. I want to help others fall in love with fitness to be the best versions of themselves.
