I had five (5) estimates. Although this one was not the absolute lowest. It was the best and the quality of work excellent.
Because of multiple estimates I was able to determine that this firm was the best fit. One, because of all inclusive, no hidden markups after tear-down-. Keep in mind all other estimates have additional charges for materials used over original agreement. Things like $120 per rafter tail and $30 per linear foot of soffit. It can actually add thousands that must be paid before work continues.
The other major win was that the methods and materials used were exactly what the South Orange County firm called "Presidential" (or something of the sort) at a cost 67% or $16,000.00 more. Again, with a possibility of thousands more in hidden damage replacement over and above the already way to high cost.
Bottom line, go with HD Construction and Remodeling Inc. for all inclusive price, best practices, best materials, on time professional work.
