First, I requested 5 separate proposals from 5 highly rated local roofing companies to repair/replace a roof. After scheduling and while waiting for their bids, I did a thorough check into the past business history of each one. I chose HD because of their high level of customer satisfaction on every site, bonded, licensed, insured, and a very detailed/easy to understand proposal. Throughout the entire process, Project Manager Ricky maintained excellent communication with me from product selection, ordering, delivery, obtaining a permit, installation and warranty info. Thorough clean up of the job site. CoVid adherence guidelines are a must for me and I am thoroughly satisfied.
