Luis was professional, polite, and organized. He did a great job installing our oven, cooktop, cooktop hood, and refrigerator. He communicated with me in advance of the job to be sure he was prepared for all that needed to be done. He came on schedule, took care with my new appliances, and even gave me some great new appliance "operating tips". I highly recommend Luis.

When our original installer canceled on us at the last minute, I contacted Luis late in the evening hoping he could help. Not only did he confirm right away, but he went above and beyond—picking up our Bosch dishwasher from the warehouse before it closed, coming out after hours, removing and hauling away the old unit, and installing the new one flawlessly. His pricing was very reasonable, and his professionalism stood out. He wore booties to protect our floors, rolled out mats to keep everything clean, and treated our home with care. After installation, he took the time to walk us through how to use the new dishwasher. Luis truly saved the day, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From now on, whenever we need appliance installation or repair, we’ll be calling him first.

I had an excellent experience with Luis and his partner installing the replacement microwave! He was on time, confirmed prior to visit, cleaned up the work space, and did a very professional job. They both wore shoe booties and were most pleasant. I would not hesitate to hire him again. Price point so very reasonable as well.

Luis was available on short notice when another installer fell through. He was prompt, detail oriented, and I could tell he cared about quality of his work. He got my Bosch slide-in gas oven installed well. He took careful measures not to damage our new countertops and didn’t call it a day until he knew we were 100% satisfied. He also gave tips on running the new oven for the first time. He was great... I’d hire him again for sure.
