- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on $125.00 for the first two hours and $35.00 for each additional man hour. Before starting any project a price cap will be set not to exceed an agreed upon price with out the customers signed change order.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We review the customer's work request and prepare a qoute.Many of our projects can be completed in less than a day. We charge $125.00 for the first two hours of a service call and $35.00 an hour for each additional man hour. We do not charge for the time we spend with the customer reviewing the scope of the project and discussing the details of the job. Befor starting any work we will give the customer a detailed estimate for the job and a not to exceed cost for the entire project.Once we agree on the cost and terms we will start the clock. The customer will never be billed untill work on the project is started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tom McArthur (Owner) was a Licenced General Contractor from 1992 til 2010. He also work for several other contracting companys, such as, Thomas's plumbing, Mr. Handyman, Drain Patrol, Drain Doctor, etc... He has Journeymen level experience in most trades. and thousands of hours of hands on construction experience.
