We are also a licensed contractor, so we are knowledgeable of your home's construction and we offer all levels of repairs and remodels.
One of our specialties is performing inspections on homes that are for sale by providing detailed Section 1 and 2 inspections for a competitive price.

Western Way Services and Chad (the owner) came out and did a very detailed inspection and found additional termites in two other areas that the other company didn't. He came prepared with shoe covers to protect the floor, very knowledgeable and we were very pleased with their service overall.

Inspection was very well done and very informative however a cancellation occurred 30 minutes before the original appointment which really caused an inconvenience. Other than that great work.
