FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in fair, upfront pricing with no surprises. Most smaller jobs can be quoted over the phone with a few details or photos. For larger or more involved issues, I may charge a small service fee to come out and diagnose the problem, which is waived if you move forward with the repair. I focus on quality work at a fair price — not cutting corners.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to understand exactly what’s going on. Photos help a lot. If it’s something straightforward, I can often give you pricing right away. If not, I’ll schedule a time to come out, diagnose the issue, explain what I find, and go over your options before starting any work. I keep communication clear and make sure you’re comfortable before moving forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a licensed C-36 plumbing contractor and have been in the plumbing industry for many years. I’ve run my own plumbing company and handled everything from small service calls to full kitchen and bathroom remodels, main line replacements, and repipes. My experience comes from real-world job sites and managing crews, not just classroom training.
