- Diagnosis fee for any type of appliance is 45$ which it applies when customer does not want to do the repair and in case of doing the repair diagnosis fee will wave. - Seniors and repeated customers have 20% off on labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Traveling to customers house, brief investigation plus collecting information from customer regarding the issue lead me to the repair price. Then will confirm repair price with customer and in more than 85% of jobs will do repair at the same time with delivering guaranty for performed job

I passed all training from LG and Samsung company and had a brief courses for all types of refrigeration concepts repair
