We contacted OM Drapes Design through BNI, an Orange County business organization both owner Oana Molodoi and my daughter belong to. We were replacing blinds and curtains for three windows. Oana and her assistant, Kelsey Fish, made a visit tour home, did measurements, made recommendations, and showed us samples. Oanas recommendations were most helpful. Kelsey kept us informed during the manufacturing process. Installation was accomplished quickly and professionally by Angel Tapia. We love the result! I would not hesitate to use OM Drapes Design again when I need to replace window coverings very professional and knowledgeable.

Honestly, its a game changer so beautiful and so practical at the same time.One click and we can adjust the light or have full privacy. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have three levels of pricing for our drapery depending on the type of material and the hardware the client chooses. Our price matching policy on similar materials gives peace of mind to our customers. We offer free video or in home consultations as well as free installations and shipping with purchases of minimum $2000.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We respect our customers' time - and that's why we offer 45 min free video consultations that help us understand the project, requirements, preferences, and determine if it's a fit. The same day, or sometimes even during the consultation, the customer receives a ballpark cost estimation as well as link to samples that the designer believes fit best based on the conversation.
If customer decides it's a GO, we come to measure and sign off on the final price quote. Please note: the lead time from when the order was placed is between 4 to 6 weeks, depending on seasonality.
