Nicole has walked and trained our dog, Tucker with professionalism and enthusiasm. Tucker is a high energy dog and Nicole is so loving and great with him. He responds with glee whenever she appears and enjoys his walking/learning time immensely! I would reccomend Nicole to anyone that needs a caring and professional trainer for their dog. Nicole is fantastic. Harlie (my rescue mutt) and I trained with her when Harlie was just a pup. We both learned a lot. Nicole also has walked Harlie weekly for the last year and a half. With her training and help, Harlie has become an obedient dog without loosing her spunk and personality. I highly recommend her.

It's not easy to leave our dog home alone (and also to let someone we don't know into our home) but Nicole has made it so easy and worry free! We know her from previous trainings so we knew our dog would be in great hands. She really goes the extra mile in making sure my dog is well walked and pottied out until i can get home, and I can tell she truly loves what she does!

Our dog Mystic has been taken care of for two separate vacations. One was for one week and the other was a 2+ week in Europe. We received regular updates via text with pictures and videos that showed Mystic happy as can be. I doubt he missed us! My kids loved these updates and we all felt more comfortable that he was being taken care of with the regular updates. I have used other services that do home visits but no one else has put our minds at ease my more. We’re all happy and Mystic gives a big paws up vote as well. 😍

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer several customizable packages depending on each dog's needs.
If you just brought home a new puppy, my popular "BITE CLUB" package covers all the common puppy issues. We cover issues like potty training, biting, sleeping through the night, and crate training.

Packages start at $665 for puppies and $1040 for adults/adolescents.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It generally starts with a phone call or inquiry through my website, where we set up an initial consultation. During this time we discuss what you and your dog's training needs are and how we can create a plan for success. We always want to keep in mind what your goals are, your lifestyle, how much time you have to work with your dog or if you want me to help with that part.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each year, I've attended various conventions from Clicker Expo to APDT. Fifteen years ago, I attended Dog Tec Academy in San Diego. I am continually enhancing my education by reading, watching, listening, subscribing, writing, blogging, and attending dog training programs/seminars. I am Red Cross Pet CPR certified, a PSA Member, and an APDT Member.
I am currently studying for my CPDT-KA.
