- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope of work, project size, site conditions, and materials required. We provide clear, upfront estimates with no hidden fees. Many smaller projects can be quoted from photos or videos. Larger, more complex, or insurance-related projects may require an on-site inspection to ensure accurate pricing. Our goal is to provide fair, transparent pricing while delivering high-quality workmanship and long-lasting results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process usually begins with reviewing photos or videos to understand the project and provide an initial assessment. If needed, we schedule an on-site inspection to evaluate the conditions, take measurements, discuss the scope of work, and answer any questions. A detailed estimate is then provided before any work begins. Once approved, we schedule the project, complete the work efficiently, keep the job site clean throughout the process, and perform a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
California Construction Pro Service is led by Alexey Voronov, who has an engineering background and nearly 20 years of construction experience. Before operating in the United States, he spent more than 15 years managing a construction company and leading residential and commercial renovation projects. Alexey is also an IICRC-certified Water Restoration Technician (WRT), Registrant #70267276, with professional training in water damage restoration, moisture inspection, structural drying, and proper restoration procedures. Our team continues expanding its expertise through ongoing professional training in water damage restoration, mold remediation, reconstruction, and general construction.
