We can assure you that your gathering will be a memorable occasion, leaving them asking for more! We do not travel with alcohol, furniture, linens or dish wares. Plastic utensils are available upon request. Serving utensils are included. We provide the following services: * Pick Up: Brea or Huntington Beach Location * Delivery: rates vary depending on location * Servers: they will maintain the food area clean & busy, leaving your place as we found it. We have an additional 18% gratuity from food cost. * Bartender: tends bar area (does not travel with alcohol) * Chaffing Dishes: stainless steal, full set (these are for rental only with a designated server; no drop offs) * Disposable Chaffing Dishes: we have a full set which can be disposed or recycled (great for office parties or a backyard; keeps food warm) * Cooks/Kitchen: they will prep and set up food; they will do light cooking only * Private Chef: a custom/special menu is available upon request
