We were looking for a company that could remodel our bathrooms (3 in total) in a way that it would fit bathtubs but the main view wouldn‘t change as much. It seemed impossible because a bathtub is a big object and naturally, it would disrupt the picture. But to my surprise, these guys did it. We, as house owners noticed the difference in the very beginning. But actually, they really did an amazing job. I sometimes forget that the initial picture was without a bath.

I needed help updating the exterior design of my home. Partner Construction provided great options while working closely with me to manage my budget. I had the stucco smoothed out, and the house painted. Stuccoed a cinder block fence. I added new rain gutters, and paved my front porch. Each team that came to my home were professional and kind-hearted people. Each project was done timely. Once they started the work they were here each day until completed. It is not always easy to trust a company that is doing work on your home when you have no point of reference. Partner Construction made it easy to trust them. They were true to their word throughout the process. They never asked that I pay more than the quote they provided. I will use them again and again.

The best part of working with Partner Construction is the people. Everyone was easy to work with, conscientious, friendly and focused on doing quality work. Michael and Ilya have a lot of experience and know how to solve inevitable construction challenges. Back at the office, Elizabeth always had a good attitude. Charles and Chris got the job done. My house remodeling project was fairly complicated and was done with quality people and materials. I looked at a lot of companies before I signed the contract with Partner Construction and I’m glad I did. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

New flooring all around the house (three-story building), a new staircase to the basement, and new external doors (main and back entrance) were done in no time and for a very fair price!
