Ali with OC Install Pros showed up on time and ready to work. We agreed on the initial scope of the job and pricing upfront. He wasn’t the cheapest quote I received, but his pricing was reasonable.
Once the work started, I realized there were several things I needed that I hadn’t included in my original description. Ali was very professional about the changes. We discussed the additional parts and labor, agreed on the updated price, and there were no surprises.
The work took a couple of days to complete. Throughout the job, Ali regularly stopped to make sure the work was being done the way I wanted and that I was satisfied before moving forward. I really appreciated that. He took appropriate deposits as needed but didn’t ask for the final balance until the job was completed.
The work met my expectations, but what impressed me most was his customer service after the job. A few days later, I noticed a small issue with the dishwasher air gap. Ali initially asked me to send him a picture, but he ended up coming back out anyway. It turned out to be a minor adjustment, and he took care of it without making it a big deal.
Overall, Ali is friendly, professional, responsive, and stands behind his work. One suggestion for anyone hiring him: be specific about everything you want included in the job from the beginning. He prices according to the actual scope of work, including parts and additional labor, so having a clear scope upfront will make the process easier for everyone.
I would definitely recommend OC Install Pros, and I would use Ali again for future projects.

I needed help mounting my 75 inch TV on the wall. Ask for a quote through Thumbtack. Ali responded immediately and provided a quote. The quote was fair and he came over in a few hours to help install. Ali was professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. He was efficient and completed the installation in a timely matter. Al came out and was able to install the lights in about 2-3 hours to install about175ft of the Govee Outdoor permanent light pro. He was clearly experienced enough with these lights to run the most efficient route.
