- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To be honest I'm not the cheapest guy out there or the most expensive, I'm fair and I believe in quality not quantity. you get what you pay for, and I guarantee my work. discounts to repeat clients and referrals. My fees are fair and negotiable in relation to the work to be performed. there's always a way for both of us to benefit by hiring me.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
studied drafting and architecture in school, member of carpenters union, Studied Mechanical Engineering at LBCC. Worked as a Superintendent in commercial construction for 16 years managing projects in excess of 10 million dollars which provided me with on the job experience, knowledge of all building codes, and excellent problem solving skills and self motivation.
