to be honest I'm not the cheapest guy out there or the most expensive, I'm fair and I believe in quality not quantity. you get what you pay for, and I guarantee my work. discounts to repeat clients and referrals. My fees are fair and negotiable in relation to the work to be performed. there's always a way for both of us to benefit by hiring me.

studied drafting and architecture in school, carpenters union, Mechanical Engineering course at LBCC.worked as a Superintendent in commercial construction for 18 years managing projects in excess of 10 million dollars and on the job experiences.
