Kit responded promptly, gave estimate, scheduled job and installed screen door professionally. Checked in with me before making a couple of decisions about hot to best install the door. Door looks and works great. I would definitely hire him again for future projects.

Kit was able to complete a large variety of items including: installed ceiling fan, fixed 3 latches on sliding doors that weren't locking, a gate and fence, and installed blinds. I kept adding items so he came back the following day. He is very nice to work with and he's good with dogs. I will definitely use his services again.

Kit can improve in many ways. 1: give a written quote and provide an invoice upon receipt of money. He didn’t give either . I paid $300 for fan installation and to do troubleshooting for an existing fan even though his rate shows up as $50/ hr On thumbtack and haven’t got any kind of receipt or invoice . 2: be more transparent and use the time ( if charging hourly ) exclusively for doing my work rather than other work . He was on the phone and took a long time to get the fan even though the store had called me to confirm the fan was ready for pick up . Lowes charges $155 for fan install and removal of old fan . I paid $200 .i have easily paid a $100 more
