Alex was awesome! He was upfront about repair costs, what’s covered and what might be contingent (which is what I appreciated). He was clear about timing, showed up as promised and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with our toilet tank. Overall, a very smooth experience. Would definitely call him for future needs.

He works quickly and professionally. While large plumbing companies are way too expensive, he provides professional service at a reasonable price, which I really appreciated. A handyman did a terrible job installing my toilet, but he came and fixed it perfectly, along with several other issues. Above all, you can tell he truly loves what he does, which gave me total confidence and left a lasting, positive impression

Needed internal parts of 3 toilets to be replaced as the flush button was getting stuck. Very reasonable price and high quality work and on time. The toilet models were old and some parts was not available. They bought a similar part, broke them apart and used parts from them to fix the original one. Excellent service overall almost 4X difference in overall price
