Alex did the service for my home. He was very punctual with the time. His approach seems straight forward, honest and simple. He replaced my Bathroom Faucet charged me $165 service fee and 70 dollars the faucet. Then he found a leaking issue with the faucet valves and replaced both the valves for $150 extra. Cleaned up the place. So far i have not seen any leaking. Neatly done! I would seek his service in the future.

I have contacted 2 plumbers prior to alex and both have told me that the leak on my bath tub faucet was normal and was possibly from not being closed correctly. It has been leaking for years and has progressively gotten worst. Alex came and knew exactly that the cartridge had to be replaced right away and got it done swiftly. Superb communication and a true professional. I would definitely contact him next time we have plumbing issues.
