- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give an invoice after the work is completed with detailed material and labor costs, so you know where the money goes. We also have special prices specifically made for our thumbtack customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with our customers face to face, so we can actually listen to what they need, what they prefer to be done. We then give a detailed estimation, with the costs explained. After the work is done, and the customer is satisfied with it, we then give them a detailed and specific invoice that includes all materials and labor costs.
