Hello, my name is Tayler Moore. If there was a Masters or a PHD degree in hot tubs, I would have one! Spas have been my life for going on 20 years. I have in depth knowledge on the in's and out's of a hot tub. I am also a perfectionist. Quality & professional service is what I strive for. I love my job and love helping people into hot water. Moore Spas does everything from detailing (on a routine basis if needed), to relocating, to servicing, etc. My wife Rachel has been in the business for 10 years and we are now a family owned company. Moore Spas were excellent and went over and beyond. Father and son team (family business) came three times. Didn't charge me for the extra trips. Taylor fixed the leak then came back because there was more. Then I found another leak and because they guarantee their service, he came back again. They even gave me rodent tips on how to keep them out. At the end when he was confident that it was all good, they clean up the spa, sprayed and polished the outside and cover and made it look brand new!! I gave him a nice tip because he was they went way out of their way to make sure I was a happy customer! He has my business for as long as I own the spa and am recommending him to everyone how has one!!
