I had a very disappointing experience with WSV Cleaning Services.
I first contacted this company through Thumbtack and then communicated directly with Wesley by text. From the beginning, I made it clear that I needed an afternoon appointment because I work graveyard hours and mornings are very difficult for me.
He kept pushing for a morning appointment because of his own schedule, and I eventually agreed to sacrifice my sleep and adjust my work schedule to make it work. We discussed a Friday morning appointment around 8:00 to 8:30 AM. I sent my address ahead of time and specifically asked for a confirmation the night before, plus a text when he was on the way and when he arrived. He agreed.
That confirmation never came.
Instead, around 1:30 AM on the day of the appointment, he texted saying he had an unforeseen issue and was not sure if he could come. After that, communication remained vague and unreliable. Even when I asked for a clear confirmation for the following week, I still did not receive a firm day and time.
This disrupted my schedule and caused unnecessary stress after I had already adjusted my work and sleep schedule to accommodate the appointment.
Clear communication and reliability are extremely important when hiring someone to enter your home. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect the professionalism described in the company’s profile.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.
