Christine is an extremely talented artist, and from what I could see on her website, exceptionally gifted in executing the shabby chic look with all types of previously used furniture items. She took a dresser with an outdated finish and made it into a beautifully contemporary work of art. My only disappointment with her service was due to both of our busy schedules, but since I was the customer, I felt that she could have been more flexible with her appointments. She came to pick up the piece very late on a Sunday, which wasn't ideal, but not a dealbreaker. Then, upon finishing the piece she immediately wanted to deliver it, even before I had a chance to see it. I asked for photos, and it looked amazing, but I was never given any chance to review her work in person. Then, when I indicated it was a bad time to deliver (I suggested the next day instead), she told me she had already loaded it in her truck and it had to be done that night. I felt she was a little pushy and although my wife ultimately loved what she did, it created some unnecessary tension around what should have been a wondrous occasion.

Christine Santana did an AMAZING job on our dining room furniture. We were thinking about getting rid of our outdated dining room set (table, chairs, buffet), but then I decided to look into the idea of having everything refinished. All I can say is that Christine saved the day! She did a FABULOUS job on everything, including recovering our dining room chairs. WOW! Now we absolutely love our dining room set, and will continue to use Christine for future refinishing and redecorating projects.
