Having Chef Dave cook for my dinner party was a culinary delight! He was so easy to be around, very professional , punctual and the quality of the meal he prepared was off the charts delicious!
Chef Dave made us fish tacos using fresh halibut coated with a buttermilk mixture and cooked tempura style. The halibut was made even more scrumptious when it was wrapped inside his homemade tortilla shells and topped with his homemade Crema sauce- yum!!!
I can hardly wait to have him cook for us again for my next gathering.

We had Chef Dave do a pasta creation party for six adults. Chef taught us how to create pasta from scratch and cook it properly. The Bolognese sauce was to die for and it was a great and informative evening. We will definitely be planning another party in the near future.

Chef Dave is incredible. He prepared a sous vide and pan seared filet mignon with a bourbon mushroom cream sauce, 4 cheese au gratin potatoes, and a grilled lemon butter asparagus, homemade crème brûlée topped with a Chantilly Cream and mixed berries.
Everyone at our dinner party raved about the food. Chef Dave was so easy to work with and made my special evening with our neighbors a huge success.

Chef Dave is incredible. He prepared a 16-person meal for my wife’s birthday party. The food was out of control and the experience was magnificent. Everyone savored each bite and made comments all night about how magical the experience was.
Chef Dave prepared these spicy fish tacos that accompanied homemade pork tamales. The tacos were some of the best I’ve ever had. He made a special kind of Hawaiian style slaw with homemade tortillas. The entire meal was meticulously planned out and executed to perfection. I will hire Chef Dave many more times for our family events. He’s the bomb.
