- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event I take on is fully customized, from the menu to the level of service and presentation. Because each dinner party or meal prep experience is unique, pricing is based on the number of guests, courses, ingredient quality, and overall experience you’re looking for. Once we discuss your vision and preferences, I’ll provide a detailed quote that reflects the exact menu and experience we create together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with a quick consultation call to learn about the event and the type of experience you’re envisioning. From there, I’ll ask a few key questions about your preferences, dietary needs, and style of menu you’d like. Once I have a clear sense of your vision, I’ll create a custom menu designed to make the experience personal, memorable, and effortless for you and your guests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a self-taught chef with hands-on experience working in restaurant kitchens and years spent developing recipes through my brand, Paleoish. My background combines professional kitchen discipline with creative recipe development focused on fresh, flavorful, and health-forward meals. That blend of technique and innovation helps me bring restaurant-quality dishes to private dinners and meal prep clients alike.
