Introduction
My love for photography started when I was a little girl, seeing my dad photographing me and my sisters with his SLRs and repairing old photos in our front yard. Began with film, then DSLR, I found myself always get behind the camera capturing nature and loved ones for over 15 years. As a former magazine editor for 10+ years, now I am applying unique perspective and storytelling skill toward my photographs. Specialized in documentary style photography. I focus on the moment we are in, and just being there to naturally document those candid, raw and imperfect big little moments in daily life. I treat every session as an experimental opportunity and I would love to create different images tailor to the vibe of you and your family even though I've been to that same location multiple times. :)

My husband and I worked with Sharon to do our maternity and newborn photos earlier this year. It was a pleasure to work with her, starting from when she promptly responded to my inquiry on Thumbtack and gave me all the information I was asking for. She was punctual, responsive, and very accommodating to our requests. The photos turned out lovely – we aren’t the most comfortable on camera and especially with posed shots, but she managed to get some candids that we absolutely loved. We are looking forward to working with her again in the future for family photos!

Sharon took fall family photos for us. She was great from the first interaction. We were torn on a location and she found us a perfect scenic spot. My husband and I are usually pretty awkward (not used to getting professional photos taken), and my 2 year old can be hard to manage (loves to run around). She was able to capture beautiful natural-looking shots, and it really just felt like we were hanging out. She has a wonderful creative vision. Our pictures came out amazing! Even our wild child looked great! We are so happy we went with Sharon! Hoping to book her again for our next set of family photos.
