Tahnee is great! I was having trouble with my current tenant and propertymanager. She jumped on a call after I reached out and provided me a lot valuable info even during the first meet. She is knowledgeable and having decent experience with propertymanagement.

Best decision to hire her. She was able to get an excellent tenant within days of posting and have the rent be $450 more than the prior tenant (don’t ask, apparently previous propertymanager had no idea what market rate was...). 100% would hire her again. Very responsive and followed correct procedures t protect landlord.
