Brandon was amazing! His work quality is beyond immaculate. I live in an older 1950's style home with old pipes but Brandon was able to come in and install a new faucet without any issue. Other plumbers claimed they needed to open the wall etc but Brandon got the job done within an hour. Thanks Brandon! 5 Stars!

Brandon, Brandon, Brandon! I had two previous experiences with Thumbtack where one person didn't bother responding, and the other company (twin brothers) came and flat out said they would come back later after it stopped raining. What kind of baby back chicken fried mess is that? By the time I contacted Brandon, I had a complete stoppage in the washing machine drainage tub. He responded immediately with a reasonable rate and was responsive through the process. Not only was he on time, he was early! He identified the issue and fixed it. I said all of this previous in a simplistic form because it was more than his technical skills which impressed me. Brandon is extremely professional in his appearance, communication, and clean - up. He also didn't crack any jokes in what I knew was an absolute disaster area in my garage, where the washer/dryer hookup is, and for me that was as good as the work product! I was watching him through my front door, and he cleaned up all of his materials, wiped what he could from his shoes and THEN came up to the house with an update. I had a leak under my kitchen sink that the two Bobsie twins who showed up initially and said they couldn't find the leak. Brandon actually looked at it, tightened it, and all was done. I am and was very pleased with his level of integrity, because he could have easily came up with some reason to charge extra money for a new hose, pipe, etc. His work ethic reminds of of my late father. When I first found him on thumbtack, he only had around four reviews but they were ALL five star. Now he has close to thirty reviews, all with the same sentiment. Trust me when I tell you, THIS is the plumber you want working around your house and all of the appliances you trust.
