- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pool Cleaning is Flae Rate Price. We do not add any tax to our services. The service price will never be changed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The Process requires us to get in contact with the new customer to introduce ourselves and explain the way our services work to their benefit. Then we will match time and day for their first service.
