- What types of customers have you worked with?
I perform regular weekly pool & spa service/maintenance. I take on the burden of owning and maintaining a pool or spa for my customers. Typical service includes maintaining and balancing water chemistry, scrubbing tile, vacuuming, removing loose dust or debris from the water surface, and ensuring that all equipment is in proper working condition.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you find a technician that is licensed, insured and has plenty of experience. Find out if they themselves will be servicing your pool, or if it will be one of their employees.
