Alex deserves 10 stars. He came through on a Sunday afternoon after a previous plumber said he can’t do the work after about 15 minutes of frustration. Alex stepped in and went way above and beyond to fix all of our plumbing issues - On a Sunday Night. I have never been so impressed by someone’s work ethic and professionalism. There were many hurdles, but Alex has the best attitude and is completely solution oriented. Nothing ruffled his feathers. He had to literally jump and climb walls in the dark to search for the main water shut off valve that services our building because our management is terrible about communicating building logistics. And on Sundays, none of them answers the phone. There is only one person I’ll ever call for all my future plumbing needs, and that is Alex. He’s kind, friendly, professional, reliable, conscientious and hardworking - a total rock star.

Very good experience overall. Came right away and identified the issue very quickly. Was thoughtful and responsive. Leak is completely fixed and all good. He charged us $675 to snake two drains, replace a valve, replace toilet, dispose of old toilet. Was more expensive than i thought but overall still good experience.
