Our pricing is transparent and reflective of the quality we provide. While we don't currently offer discounts, we strive to offer excellent value for your investment. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In my work as a yoga instructor, I follow a structured approach with new clients. We begin with an initial meeting to discuss their goals and needs, followed by an assessment of their fitness level and any limitations. Together, we set clear objectives and design personalized yoga sessions tailored to their goals. Throughout our work together, I provide regular feedback, support, and guidance to ensure progress and a positive yoga experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a yoga instructor, I have obtained comprehensive education and training in the field. I hold my 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training Certificate with Yoga Alliance, which includes in-depth study of yoga philosophy, anatomy, alignment, and teaching methodologies. Additionally, I regularly participate in continuing education programs, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated with the latest developments in the field and deepen my knowledge and skills as a yoga practitioner and teacher.
