We faced a breakdown in communication, delaying the repair by a day and forcing me to return a set of rubber anti-vibration pads that were not what the tech thought best. But the part he installed corrected the fault and the machine is working again, one week later.

Affordable came out to my house after my homes refrigerator stopped working and I contacted my home warranty. They set a date and explained what was going on with the unit and what was needed to be done. They ordered parts and let me know by text/phone what ETA was and when we would be expecting the parts. As soon as he had them he contacted me and met up to install, followed up later in the day to make sure everything was working like it should and let me know to call them at any time if we had any issues. Overall very knowledgeable and friendly to work with, we appreciate the help.

Vee and his crew were very punctual and professional. Vee gave me options based on the problems I had with an old refrigerator. I really didn’t want to purcahse a new one so Vee gave me the best scenario on how to make my fridge last a little longer. I appreciate his honesty and time frame allotted to complete and fix my problems.

Awesome company! My home warranty selected this company for a service call and repairs. They showed up immediately after receiving the work order. The diagnosis and approval took less than an hour.
