Yes, I do which I discuss with my client prior to discussing anything else.

I like to talk in length with my potential client about exactly what it is they want so we dont have any misunderstandings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu in Orlando, Fl. I also took a course in cake art with Maria Nuño in Indio.
