- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects our commitment to doing a great job that leaves you more than just satisfied... our work should leave you, well, marveled! Each cleaning comes with our 'Marvelous Home Guarantee'. If you are not satisfied with the results of your cleaning, let us know within 24 hours of your appointment and we'll send a cleaning team right back. Free of charge! *We are a licensed & bonded cleaning company with years of experience helping countless customers just like you so you know you're in good hands*
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Marvel Home Services offers several different ways to get an account started with us. Typically, you'll speak with a customer service team member right after contacting us. After your support call is finished and your appointment has been confirmed, you'll receive two emails from us. One is a 'Welcome' email welcoming you to the Marvel Home Services user portal. This email lists the cool things you can do with your new cleaning account with us! The other email is an invoice with your booking date, time, service, notes, etc for your record keeping. You'll receive a follow up text message the day of your appointment to let you know the cleaners are on their way. Once the cleaners are finished, they'll go over the marvelous home checklist for your approval and you're all set!

The Marvel Home Services leadership team has worked with some of the most well-known premier vacation rental companies & prestigious communities in the area. Our staff has years of combined experience with client relations in the hospitality industry & quality assurance. Operating a growing business smoothly and knowing how to put customer service systems in place to minimize frustrations for both clients and operators is what we do!
