Jorge responded quickly & showed up exactly when he said he would. He's a courteous, respectful professional. Jorge eliminated the problem we were facing. We liked himself much that we had him come back a 2nd time to replace the kitchen faucet. Once again, Jorge was at the house when he said he'd be here and he did a great job. Thanks, Jorge!
