Jorge Did an outstanding job for us in cleaning out our sewer line. He was very good about communicating and keeping us up-to-date on what was going on plus on what it was gonna cost. Jorge responded immediately after I posted the job to replace our broken garbage disposal. It was leaking a lot of water from the bottom so our kitchen sink was unusable. Not only did he use the Thumbtack system to respond, he texted and called me. We scheduled for the next morning. He arrived early with his helper and got to work. He was very knowledgeable about the plumbing hookups for the disposal and dishwasher. The install looks great! Much better than what was there before. We would happily use his services again. He even brought a new power cord with him in case we needed it and we did! Before he left we had a few questions about some additional things in our showers and helped us with those also.

Let me start by saying the reason I chose JB Plumbing is because after reading 20 five star reviews, I thought he was worth taking a chance on and boy did I luck out!!! I was so impressed with Jorge and Joe. They arrived earlier than expected, came in assessed the problem with the water leak behind my shower wall and had it fixed and back together in no time. There's a trust worthiness about their personalities and communication that made me feel comfortable and that's rare to find these days.
