This happened april of 23. And I just realized I didnt leave a review or I couldnt find my review, because I am getting ready to call them to fix a leaky outside faucet and a leaking drain on a bar sink... this is how I discovered Scotty Foy plumbing.....I used Scoty Foy plumbing to fix a toilet that was leaking on the floor. After using another plumber which I had used before, Innovation plumbing, well Innovation plumbing came out at first to do a few things, one of the things was I had a toilet that was start to loose water and refill, so I knew the parts inside needed replaced, so they did that, then it started leaking on the floor. It was one of those skirted toilets that had to come off the floor to replace the inside parts, so they came back 2 times and it was still leaking? So after it started leaking again, I said how about a price to just replace it? After that Innovation plumbing just blew me off? And I couldnt figure out why ??? So I called Scotty Foy plumbing, this guy came out and figured out what was wrong within a few minutes. And what was wrong was when the other plumber that originally took the toilet off the floor, he cracked the tank and thats why it was leaking on the floor???? Scotty Foy s guy showed me the crack and showed me where they had tried to put silcone on it to fix it!! I couldn't believe it.. anyway I ask if they could replace it, and the guy said yes, he said the fastest way was for me to buy one at home depot or lowes, which I did, and he went and picked it up and installed it that day,. Whole process took less than 2 hours.. and what they charged me to do that was half what the other guy charged me just to change the parts and break it?? So In closing, I will only use Scotty foy from now on, as they are honest, hardworking, and fair with their prices.. and today that is a hard thing to find, a company that cares about their reputation and the customer..

I called Foy Plumbing to fix a leak and replace the wax donut on my toilet, the tech was dispatched the next day and the work was done. the next morning i discovered water on the backside of the toilet. i called them and they sent another tech out and discovered the tank had a tiny crack in it. i bought a new toilet and they sent another tech out who installed the new toilet at no charge. This company was superb , their techs were very savvy and cleaned up after the work was done. I wouldn't call anyone else but Foy Plumbing , you've got a customer for life , Thanks Mike Menefee
