Introduction: Bighorn IT is not your run-of-the-mill local computer repair company. Most IT companies will diagnose your broken computer, followed by unnecessary measures that may only temporary alleviate the primary issue with your computer. At Bighorn we strive for the satisfaction of the customer. Where other IT companies provide a standard virus removal (which many a times doesn't remove the malicious viruses) for slow running computers, Bighorn IT will completely "refresh" your computer and get it going better than new with all the essentials, including our own version of Windows. With that we've also implemented a pickup/drop off system to which we can pick up your PC at your home or office at your convenience. Get your computer fixed on your schedule! Why do we do this? The better question is, "How is this not the norm?" Dealing with a broken or slow computer is frustrating enough, no one wants a halfhearted IT service without the customers' best interest in mind.
