Hi I’m Carl. I have been teaching yoga full time since 2020. I love working with groups visiting the Coachella valley that want to add yoga to their desert getaway experience.
I absolutely love working with birthday and bachelorette parties. I’ve also have experience and training teaching in corporate settings and I offer a specialized 1:1 yoga session.
I specialize in a particular style of yoga called LYT Yoga Method that combines physical therapy, mobility and functional movement within a yoga sequence that’s welcome to all levels and all bodies.

Carl's energy is so positive, encouraging, and motivating. HIs understanding of human anatomy and training in LYT yoga makes his classes very accessible and transformative. I always leave refreshed, relaxed, and stronger. I try to attend as many of his classes as I can when I'm in town. Highly recommend!!

Yoga with Carl is fantastic, especially his LYT yoga classes. He is a kind, positive and true teacher welcoming all levels, ages, abilities, etc. Carl gladly modifies to each participant in any class he leads, giving personalized attention when/as helpful. He makes everyone feel welcome and able, and he infuses each class with words and thoughts of encouragement as well as lovely music. I highly recommend YOGA WITH CARL!

Carl gave a private yoga class at our vacation rental for my birthday for about a dozen guests. Whether its an early morning, spicy functional yoga class overlooking the San Jacinto Mountains with Henry or Hank the hummingbird watching over you, or a cozy gentle yoga class at the studio, Carls classes are filled with a mix of all ages, genders and will definitely challenge you in a very fun, safe and relaxing atmosphere . Be sure to sign up early they do fill up!!
