About
Hi I’m Carl. I have been teaching yoga full time since 2020. I love working with groups visiting the Coachella valley that want to add yoga to their desert getaway experience.
I absolutely love working with birthday and bachelorette parties. I also offer yoga for corporate retreats and business clients that want to invest in the health & wellness of their team. I love working with folks in specialized 1:1 yoga settings. Some of my older wiser clients love 1:1 because there are distractions that sometimes happen in public classes and we can work towards their goals more efficiently (balance, strength, flexibility etc)
I specialize in a particular style of yoga called LYT Yoga Method that combines physical therapy, mobility and functional movement within a yoga sequence that’s welcome to all levels and all bodies.

Carl's energy is so positive, encouraging, and motivating. HIs understanding of human anatomy and training in LYT yoga makes his classes very accessible and transformative. I always leave refreshed, relaxed, and stronger. I try to attend as many of his classes as I can when I'm in town. Highly recommend!!

Carl gave a private yoga class at our vacation rental for my birthday for about a dozen guests. He arrived early with all supplies, had a friendly and welcoming attitude and made it a fantastic experience for all - first timers and experienced practitioners. What a fantastic morning with Carl. Thank you!

Carl is AWESOME! I came across Carl's profile on google when I was searching for a private yoga instructor to come to our rental property for a family reunion. And wow was I blown away by Carl! We had a mixed bag of skills in our group and Carl was so patient and accommodating. He came prepared with a personal flow based on our group varying from beginner, prenatal, and advanced. I will definitely drop in for a class or hire him again for another private group session. He has the best energy!!
