Hello, I'm an architectural designer based in Los Angeles since 2015. I've worked with architects, engineers, contractors, interior designers and homeowners across Southern California for 7+ years and now I'm introducing my own company, Just Site Plans. We only do Existing Site plans and Pool Site plans, that's it! I enjoy working outdoors and getting to see, measure and draw amazing properties around Los Angeles It's just my thing! I hired Stacey from Just Site Plans to help me with site plan of my property. I needed to apply for a minor permit with the City and they required me to provide an existing plot plan of the property. I explain to her what notes to add and she was very communicative and professional. She came to my property (single family house) in Los Angeles, took all the measurements and finished the job with a professional well done site plan.
If you only need a simple site plan of your whole property, she is your best option!
