He puts a lot of effort into his work and takes pride in making sure the finished result comes out exactly right. He was detail-oriented, patient, and made adjustments as needed to ensure everything was installed properly. He also cleaned up thoroughly after the job was completed. On top of that, Kyle is a genuinely nice guy with great positive energy and was a pleasure to work with. He explained what needed to be done, answered all my questions, and made sure everything looked good before he left.
