FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the type of cleaning service, the size and condition of the space, and the amount of work needed. Every home and business is different, so we do our best to provide fair and competitive pricing based on your specific needs. We believe in being upfront about pricing—no surprises! Additional services or areas requiring extra attention may affect the final price, but we will communicate those details clearly. Be sure to ask us about our current specials, recurring cleaning options, and available discounts. At Messy Maid Janitorial, we work hard to provide quality service and great value because a clean space should feel good without breaking the bank!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple and stress-free! First, we learn about your cleaning needs, the type and size of your space, and the areas that need the most attention. We’ll discuss the type of cleaning you’re looking for, your preferred schedule, and any special requests. Next, we provide clear information about the service and pricing. Once everything is confirmed, we schedule your cleaning and get to work! Our goal is to provide great communication from start to finish and make sure you feel comfortable and confident before we arrive. Then, you can sit back, relax, and let Messy Maid Janitorial handle the mess!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience in the cleaning industry comes from years of hands-on training and real-world experience. I have worked in residential and commercial cleaning and have experience managing cleaning teams, maintaining professional cleaning standards, and understanding the importance of sanitation, organization, and attention to detail. I believe the best training comes from experience, consistency, and always learning better ways to serve our customers. Every job is an opportunity to deliver quality work and leave a space looking refreshed!
