- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Of course we have base pricing. However, as detailed and exquisite you want your event to become, we will update accordingly. We always start with a good quote but definitely have no surprises and work well in this area with customers meaning we have a good communication upfront with our pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process starts with knowing your food requirements and timeline we have for the event. We have a quick checklist of expectations and event details we obtain from you. Then, we finalize a service order agreement and seal the deal by accepting payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 10 + years cooking huge crowds and parties… but also hold the California food safety “handler” and “manager” certifications.
