FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Apex pricing is based on the service and complexity of your needs. Clients who combine qualifying tax services with Apex business infrastructure services may receive discounted tax preparation pricing. All fees are discussed before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client begins with onboarding and payment for the appropriate service. Apex does not perform detailed assessments, tax reviews, business reviews, or infrastructure evaluations before an engagement has been established. Once the client has officially onboarded, we review the information and documents related to the service they purchased. For tax clients, that may include filing history, income sources, entity type, notices, prior-year issues, and supporting documents. For business and infrastructure clients, the review may include records, revenue systems, payroll, compliance, client workflows, financial operations, and other areas included within the selected service. After onboarding, Apex moves into review, execution, communication, and completion based on the agreed scope of work. If additional needs are identified during the engagement, those are discussed separately before any additional work is performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I maintain ongoing professional education in federal and state taxation, tax compliance, bookkeeping, business operations, entity structure, and IRS procedures. Continuing education is a regular part of how I operate Apex.
