Juan did an excellent job installing a new faucet in my kitchen. He responded quickly to questions, arrived on time, and overall did a really great job. I believe he prices fairly, and provides a high quality of work. I would absolutely work with him again.

I’m so happy we found Juan! He was a great communicator and punctual. He replaced my bathroom vanity light and patched/moved electric box, replaced an old faucet/drain which was a rather complicated task, even went to Home Depot to get the parts we needed. He also removed a ceiling fan/drywall patched it and relocated the electrical box and put in a new light fixture. Highly recommend! Already have a list of next projects we want to do with him :)

We hired Juan to temporarily tarp some areas of our roof where we had serious water leaks during the recent series of rainstorms. The roofers who are going to repair the roof aren’t available for two more weeks, so we want it to be protected until then. He showed up right on time with all of the needed materials and worked quickly and efficiently. Of course, the real test will be if and when we have another storm before the roof is fixed, but I’m confident in the work he did.

I am very happy with the quality of Juan's work. With other contractors giving excuses and hesitation to even looking at the job, Juan examined and new exactly what was needed. He relocated two outlets installed a laundry box, update the fixtures, fixed one of the bathroom doors and cleaned up in a short time frame. I'm definitely asking for his assistant in the future. On time, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks Juan!
