FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Repipe1, our pricing is transparent and all-inclusive—no hidden fees or surprise charges. Each quote covers labor, materials, permits, and inspections to ensure a complete and code-compliant job. We also offer free in-home estimates, seasonal discounts, and special pricing for senior citizens, veterans, and HOA communities. Every project is tailored to your home’s layout, plumbing material, and water pressure needs to provide the most cost-effective and long-lasting solution.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple, transparent, and designed to make your repipe project stress-free from start to finish: Free Consultation & Estimate – We start with a quick phone call or visit to assess your plumbing system and provide a detailed, no-obligation estimate. Customized Project Plan – We review your home’s layout, water pressure, and material options (PEX-A or copper) to find the best solution for your needs and budget. Scheduling & Permits – Once approved, our team handles all city permits and inspection coordination for you. Professional Installation – Our specialized in-house crews complete most repipes in 1–2 days, with clean and respectful service from start to finish. Drywall & Patch Repairs – We provide full patching and drywall so your home looks as good as new. Final Inspection & Lifetime Warranty – After the job is done, we walk you through the results and back our work with a lifetime workmanship warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every Repipe1 plumber is fully qualified in PEX-A, copper repiping, and water filtration systems. We continually participate in manufacturer certification programs with brands like Uponor, Moen, Halo, and Noritz to stay updated on the latest installation techniques and product innovations. Our project managers and field teams also complete safety, permit, and inspection compliance training to ensure every job meets or exceeds California plumbing code standards.
