Paul was the 6th tech we had out to resolve our kitchenaid fridge leak-no one else was able to figure out the problem. He diagnosed and gave us expert advice on how to proceed (mold removal from improper installation) and explained everything to us clearly and patiently. This is a perfect example of why only reputable experts should be hired to install appliances. We have been living with black mold growing in the walls behind our cupboards since we bought the house 3 years ago! Thanks to Paul and MD Tech LLC we can finally fix an issue that has been festering and putting our health in danger. I cannot recommend him more highly-superb knowledge and fair rates. Definitely our go-to for appliances from now on!

Uninstall built-in refrigerator from kitchen cabinet (for warranty repair by another provider) and install it back after it's fixed

The guys are professionals and great workers. The change my burners from my stove which had been altered since I bought them 15 years ago. The were not lighting up and the gas scape every timers turned the switch on. These guys figured out how to fix it even though the model of the oven (or specifications) were different because the two other burners were a grilled which I did not like. So I told Pacific Sales that I want all burners no grill which they did. They got rid of the grill and installed regular burners. My stove ((Jen-air) is nothing easy. This is the kind of stove that has a down drop for suction (since I have it in an island) and can not run a regular suction cap because of my ceilings. Any ways, these guys got the job done. I recommend them greatly.

The team at MD Appliance did an amazing job. Our Samsung Refrigerator stopped working over the weekend. They came that day to diagnose the problem. A part was ordered and the fridge was fixed 10 days later. They were professional and I would recommend MD to anyone.

Called Paul to fix our microwave. He responded quickly and was straightfoward with reasonable pricing. He showed up next day and got it done. I also had him fix our dishwasher also. Nice & professional.
