- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hello, this is Cindy from Axis OC Service, the service fee costs 60$ but if you continue repair after the estimate is determined this 60$ will go toward the total price. -We only charge for the job total, not for hourly job -We will let you know the price before we even start the process -If you will refuse the repair, you will only pay the service fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) We will book the diagnostic appointment for you 2) The tech will diagnose the appliance and detect the problem and tell you the estimate 3) Once you agree on the further repair, we will order the proper parts 4) Once parts are received, we will call and schedule the Part installation appointment and complete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are all brands certified and LG authorized/certified for appliance repair work.
